Talk to us

To discuss ANAX Schools for your school or academy trust, to arrange a product demonstration, or to ask for the documents your procurement or data protection review needs (the security and data protection summaries, the data processing agreement, the accessibility evidence), email contact@viccaone.com with ENQUIRY in the subject — or use this link to start the email. We reply within 2 working days. ANAX Schools is provided under our standard terms of service with an Order Form for your organisation, which states what you order, the fees and the term.

Every route, and what to expect

Everything reaches us by email at contact@viccaone.com. There is no telephone line and no web form; we say so rather than offer a form that would simply send an email. The mailbox is read by the operator on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding English bank holidays, 09:00 to 17:00 UK time). Put the word in bold below in your subject line so that your message is handled on the right track.
