Who we are

College of Human and Business Efficiency Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13201707), registered office 1-2 Rhodium Point, Hawkinge Business Park, Spindle Close, Hawkinge, Folkestone, Kent CT18 7TQ, United Kingdom. ANAX Standard and ANAX Schools are the names under which the company provides this service. Contact: contact@viccaone.com. The company is registered with the Information Commission (ICO) under registration reference ZC286412. This is the canonical company statement for the site; the contact page repeats it. The company is not registered for VAT, so no VAT number is stated; the terms say how VAT is treated.

Who the service is for

ANAX Schools is provided to schools, academy trusts and colleges in England acting in their organisational capacity, under business terms. It is not a consumer product and is not sold to individuals. If that ever changes, the terms will be reviewed for consumer law before any individual is offered the service.

How the agreement is made

ANAX Schools is provided under the terms of service, the data processing agreement and the acceptable use policy, together with an Order Form for each customer that states what is ordered, the fees and the term. Draft pilot terms prepared in October 2026 were never in force, were never accepted by any organisation, and are not offered.

Schools, trusts and administrators

A trust's administrators see every school in that trust; a school's administrators and members see that school only; one trust never sees another. Each organisation decides who joins it, by invitation. The product page describes the roles; the privacy notice describes what is recorded about the people who sign in.

The words we use

Approved means an authorised school or trust administrator recorded that decision; it is never an endorsement by ANAX or a regulator. Verified means a specified technical record or status has been checked by the ANAX system; it is not an independent safety or regulatory endorsement. Defensible means a documented, traceable decision process; it is not a guarantee of legal defence or compliance. We do not describe a product or a school as compliant unless a precise scope is evidenced, and we do not use safe as a guarantee. The full table is on the product page.

Versions

Every document carries a version number and an effective date in its header. When a document changes, the new version replaces the old one on the same address and the version history inside the document records the change. A school or trust that accepted a version of the Terms, the Data Processing Agreement or the Acceptable Use Policy may ask us for a copy of exactly that version; when someone joins an organisation on this site, the versions they accepted are recorded with their membership.

Version history: 1.0 (12 October 2026); 1.1 (26 October 2026) — product page, customer scope, trust/administrator model and the words we use added. 1.2 (1 November 2026) — ICO registration reference, VAT status and the full registered address. 1.3 (3 November 2026) — every listed document in force; how the agreement is made; the draft pilot terms withdrawn.
